My Story
Hi! I'm Mendy. I have 3 beautiful grown children, 2 dogs and a beautiful grand-baby.
It was getting to where Jeff (my husband) and I were paying in taxes and didn't have extra money to do the fun stuff we wanted to do. So, in 2012 I tried to sell Avon. What a joke! Didn't get one red cent back from selling a lot of product. Complete fail! Told myself I would never do that again! I'm not a sales person. Selling is not my strength.
I was introduced to Scentsy back in about 2013 by a friend selling it. Then she stopped.
I love my home to smell great so I would go to Wal-mart and buy products because they were so much cheaper. I didn't know anyone selling Scentsy. The products and light bulbs totally ruined my Scentsy warmer. I did some research on Scentsy. Decided I would give it a try because $99 to join and the products you receive in the starter kit were worth more than that. I was scared to death. I didn't know if I could actually sell $200 every 3 months to stay active. I'm NOT a salesman!!!!! I'm not good at talking to strangers. But I decided to take a chance. I'm SO glad I did! In 2019 my husband and I went to our first Scentsy Family Reunion. WOW!! What an incredible experience. We have had so much fun making new friends! Scentsy makes you feel like family!
I joined Scentsy in 2017. I never dreamed we would be where we are today with Scentsy. I just wanted products for myself. Never thought I would be in a leadership roll and now growing my own team!
